Coming Soon to the Land of the Sun!

… Jill Bolte Taylor.

This is sure to be one of the best presentations you’ve ever seen and well worth the $45 dollars to listen, watch and change how you perceive life and our relationships forever.  I have read her book & watched her video (more than just once)… and if you catch me in the mood I can go on and on about her story.  Not only did she experience something extremely life-threatening (a hemorrhagic stroke), but she lived through it, regained her physical and mental capabilities (somewhat of a miracle)… and to top if off, she was and is a world re-known neuroanatomist.  So… who better to understand exactly everything that she was going through!  It’s almost as if all the circumstances were a perfect storm for her to tell her story.

She tells an amazing story of courage, persistence and sheer will to recover from and conquer all the odds while at the same time reflecting on the subtleties of  a complete “right brain” experience.  Coming from a purely scientific background she paints a beautiful picture of how it is to live truly in the present, to feel the subtle energies and emotions of those around us and to be one with the universe.

See you there!  She is speaking in Sun Valley on Friday, May 25th, from 6:00-7:30.  Tickets for the Sun Valley Wellness Festival are available on their website here:  15th Annual SV Wellness Festival

Be well ~

About eresko

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM Board certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine. I live in Ketchum, Idaho, where I have an Acupuncture practice at Zenergy Health Club & Spa & Pure Body Pilates. I am also a Level I & II certified Kettlebell Instructor and teach private classes as well as classes at High Altitude Fitness in Ketchum, Idaho. I have been very very active in sports and athletics since I can remember. I received my BS in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado @ Boulder. In my practice I utilize all modalities to help get you where you want to be, whether with Acupuncture or Kettlebell training. I am well versed in treating Sports specific conditions; pain, injuries, strains & sprains and use my knowledge of the body both from a Chinese Medical standpoint and a traditional Western one; a concept that most of my patients are familiar with. In addition, I incorporate my knowledge of the physical body & how we move, where restrictions pain or tightness may reside and how that in turn affects the internal organs. For each individual that walks through my door, I am able to assess what each person needs as far as therapy to achieve their goals. Each person is different, inside and out and treatments should reflect that. Among my modalities, I use Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Tuina (a type of Chinese bodywork), Japanese style Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Nutrition, and Lifestyle coaching as well as my Kettlebell training for rehab and for improving one's fitness level.
